For example, if you just need mentoring support to implement a one-off project we are happy to provide a shorter programme. We produce a suggested map at the start of the programme, which will include face-to-face discussions, telephone support, independent peer review of your draft written work and regular progress monitoring. We tailor each programme to the exact needs on the participant.
Important – mentoring is very much about encouraging individuals to find their own answers to professional challenges. We will support and encourage all participants to do this for themselves.
